1975 Final: Clive Lloyds finest hour

The hero of the first ever world cup final Clive Lloyd comments on his finest hour in cricket as he led his side to a smashing win in the final.

Coming into bat with his side in trouble, Lloyd scored an astonishing 102 off just 85 balls to leave Australia needing 292 to win.

Australian were soon in trouble with top-order batsman being run out when attempting to capitalise on misfields. Five run outs in total had the Australians all out for 274 with the game finishing late in the evening in the times before night cricket had made an arrival.
