Bhaji Cleared of Racism: Ban Lifted, Charge Downgraded
The ICC hearing in Adelaide chaired by Kiwi Judge John Hansen has downgraded the very serious racist charge to a relatively minor using abusive language against Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh.
Harbhajan was originally found guilty of racially abusing Australian Andrew Symonds in the 2nd test in Sydney by match referee Graeme Pollock.
