Classy Sri Lanka crush fancied South Africans (U-19 World Cup)

Sri Lanka's U-19 team blew away the fancied South Africans to advance to the semi finals.

Banushka Rajapakse top scored with 70 in 78 balls as Sri Lanka amassed a formidable 293-8.

In reply, South Africa never recovered from Jayampathi's burst (4-31) at the top as they were bundled out for 145 in 36.4 overs to go down by 146 runs in the DL rain adjusted target.
