Aussie bowlers strike back: 2nd Test, Day 1 (Adelaide)

After lunching at 101-1 New Zealand threw away a fine start to hand back the initiative to Australia.

Aaron Redmond made a superb untroubled 83 until he holed out to midwicket. Nathan Hauritz whose opening came when Jason Krejza hurt his ankle at training this week took 2 wickets.

The spinners curse struck when Hauritz also injured his ankle whilst fielding on the boundary.
