Sri Lankan wicketkeeper/batsman Kumar Sangakkara stroked a hardhitting 94 in just 56 balls as he anchored Punjab's score of 182.
In reply the winless Mumbai team could only muster 1169 as Brett Lee bowled his 4 overs for a miserly 9 runs whilst claiming the wicket of Sanath Jayasuriya.
